Argh I'm really bored at the moment. I should be at Uni since I've got a lecture starting in about... 1 minute, but I'm not feeling well, again. I was sick for most of last week, and I thought I'd gotten over it, but apparently not.

I've been meaning to update my journal for ages... I can't even remember half the stuff I wanted to talk about. But anyway.

Well, this year's Ai-con has been and gone. I went as Namine from Kingdom Hearts on the first day and Hermione Granger (if you don't know where she's from, you seriously need to get out from that rock you're living under XD) on the second day. I've decided that blonde hair doesn't suit me, though... I may have to cross off blonde characters from my future cosplays list. I really want to cosplay Rikku at one stage, though. But I've got enough characters on the list to last at least until after next year's Ai-con. I've designed a Halloween Town outfit for Namine (which I've uploaded on here) and am planning to make it for Halloween. I've decided to cosplay Hinata from Naruto next, but I'm not sure when that'll be. Probably Manifest if I end up going this year. And it looks like I might be cosplaying Kyoko Kirisaki from Black Cat for next year's Ai-con. I just finished reading the series and loved it. It looks like the theme for next year's Ai-con might be crime, and people one the forums have talked about wanting to make a Black Cat group.

I've been reading/watching a lot of manga/anime lately. As I mentioned above, I've read Black Cat recently, I'm still reading One Piece (I'm up to chapter 249 now) and I've started watching The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (which is really WEIRD O.O).

And then there's the anime that's being shown at the anime screenings at the Uni, which is run by people who were at Ai-con. The screenings have been heaps of fun so far, it's great meeting up with everyone I've met at Ai-con or on the forums.

Argh the latest chapters of Naruto have been driving me mad. I'll try to avoid spoilers, since anyone who's read the recent chapters will probably know what I'm talking about. But anyway, after the stuff happening with the character who jumped in to help Naruto in his latest battle, I seriously considered stopping reading Naruto. The only thing that kept me going was wanting to know for sure what happened to the character. Even if I kept reading it, I wouldn't be able to think of the series the same way as I do now. At least if the situation with the character doesn't get worse, it has to potential for something to happen that I'll be very happy about. I'm glad it looks like the end of the arc is near, so hopefully we'll know what happens to everyone that we don't know for sure yet. I have to say, this arc has been epic, exciting and tear-jerking, but I really want a conclusion to it in the hope that lots of questions will be answered after all the action's over.

Well, I think that's enough about Naruto. I've been reading a lot of The World Ends With You fanfiction over the past week or so. I absolutely love that game... I don't know what it is about it, I just really love it. You know what it's like when you read, watch or play something that leaves you thinking 'wow...' and it's instantly one of your favourite games/books/anime/whatever? That's what TWEWY was like for me. There doesn't seem to be much fanfiction for it, though... I've almost gone through all the stories on fanfiction.net (about 300 of the 400 stories) looking for stories that might be good. I've found a few really good ones, but I want more! Most of TWEWY fanfics seem to be Neku/Joshua yaoi... And I've even started reading some of it, but only really implied, fluff or light stuff every now and then in stories that have good plots. I can see where the pairing would come from, and Joshua's character doesn't really have to be changed at all for it to work, but I never expected there to be this much yaoi! I was expecting more Neku/Shiki stuff (which is still quite popular) than Neku/Joshua. So yeah, you might see some TWEWY fanfiction from me eventually.

Well, I think that's about it for now... I'll try to update sooner next time so I'm not constantly writing epicly long journal entries XD

Oh, and ignore the random subject for this journal. I couldn't think of anything, so the llama song ended up replacing a subject that would make more sense.
